Why people consider them

Le Wagon has run bootcamps since 2013 and has taught roughly 32,000 alumni across more than 40 cities in 25 countries, which makes it one of the few genuinely global schools on this list. It holds the highest review scores here, 4.98 on SwitchUp and 4.95 on Course Report across thousands of reviews, and carries institutional recognition most bootcamps do not: BCS Tech10 accreditation in the UK, French state RNCP Level 6 certification, and university partnerships including Imperial College London and HEC Paris.

The Bali campus runs the same curriculum in person, full-time, over nine weeks, with AI integrated across all four tracks rather than bolted on as a single module. The appeal is arithmetic: short-haul from much of Asia-Pacific, living costs a fraction of a major Western city, and tuition well below the US schools it competes with.

Honest weak points

There is no Bali-specific placement data. Le Wagon publishes global outcomes across all campuses, but figures for this campus specifically, placement rates, salary uplift, named hiring partners, do not exist yet, and we will not infer them from the global numbers.

The format is demanding and does not suit everyone: nine weeks full-time means not working, and there is roughly 40 hours of prepwork to complete before day one. Studying here means international travel and a visa. And the track list is narrower than some competitors, there is no cybersecurity, UX/UI design or product management course at this campus.

On pricing: The four core courses are $6,900 USD. The one-week short courses are $1,175 USD and are paid upfront.
